Mr. Egan Pemberton

Ministry Fellow

Egan (he/they) came to Grace Church in the summer of 2023. Previously, he served as an intern at All Saints’ Church in South Hadley, MA, as a part of the Episcopal Service Corps program. They grew up in southern New Hampshire and have also called Philadelphia their home. Prior to exploring a call to a life of ministry, Egan spent the majority of his working life in coffee shops, which greatly informed the ways he now cares for and serves his community.

They hold an undergraduate degree in English from Bryn Mawr College, though claim that they really got away with a Film Studies degree. The bulk of his course load centered around film theory and documentary filmmaking. He wrote his senior thesis on two contemporary horror movies.

In his spare time, Egan enjoys playing guitar, tinkering with 3D printers, experimenting with other forms of creating visual art, and taking long walks.
